What can I send?
Documents, electronics, clothing and textiles, cosmetics, food products, personal gifts and more. Liquids and valuables may need special handling: we confirm at pickup.
How is the rate calculated?
By destination region and weight. Documents travel in an AeroLink envelope, at a fixed price per size. The calculator shows the breakdown before you book.
Is the rate I see final?
It’s an estimate. The final rate is on the invoice we email you: it reflects the actual weight and the declared value, which can affect customs fees.
How long does it take?
3 to 5 days on average, with regular departures from Antananarivo. Your tracking number shows each step.
Can I receive a package in Madagascar?
Yes. In the calculator, choose “Receiving in Madagascar”, then the city it leaves from.
Who handles customs?
We handle clearance and explain what applies on arrival. Any duties depend on the destination country and the declared value.
